@martindworak Poland was not entirely integrated into the USSR, so its political and educational systems may not have been identical. Also, I know quite a few Polish people, some of whom emigrated to the U.S. in the '80s and '90s. Even after communism fell, Polish education had 13 subjects, while American curriculum traditionally has 7. What are you talking about, then? Are you lying or confused?

@Hijab_Diffusion You must not be from any of those countries, because you spelled Finland wrong, and listed it twice.

@JohnSmith-ok9sn Monetarily, he's not wrong. The Americans do spend the most, and have the most. But he fails to realize that A) contracts overinflate the raw numbers of what is being spent (if a government just makes its own things, it isn't as large a figure when measuring military spending, but it is more efficient), and B) Conventional warfare is long gone, and Russia in particular is far ahead the United States, and most other countries, in cyber-warfare.
