@Karina Miziolek Sure, but there's a difference between strain, and pain. If your muscles and bones aren't used to that kind of movement or activity, you could tear a muscle or cause damage to your tendons and/or joints. They build up slower than muscle, and need more time to adapt to your activity. If you don't give them time, they could get damaged. Basically, go a little slower than you think
