@springsummer816 I don't think Russians would agree to this. Not to mention, you'd face an enormous problem if you actually want to draw upon immigrants from a ~200M population. Poland would quickly become Russified. The government and schools would still use Polish, sure, but there would be protests and riots if the Russians were banned from learning their language, or if books or movies were banned. The economic impact of such events would make the whole point of taking in immigrants pointless.
