@yakub3962 It does, but that's not the cause of this crisis. Long before the migrant crisis, housing prices were rising. More and more wealthy people saw housing as an investment (they actually bought more, not less, in 2008 because everything became so cheap). They hold the houses empty, waiting for the value of the property to rise.
