@blukeyify Except that you don't "need" to; you're essentially forced to. Beaides being outside of a capitalist system (which heavily sanctions and seeks to destroy Communist systems) how could anyone not take part in the fruits of capitalism? There are no clothes not made by Chinese people working for nothing. There is no alternative, unless you think Communists should either be penniless, or establish their own state (again, very aggressively attacked so to say it fell on its own is disingenuous).

@blukeyify No, I didn't say that, just that capitalist states were sabotaging it- just as the communist state did the same to the former. The only difference is, capitalist states had the benefit of development over time- hundreds of years of trial and error, and slavery (being the capitalistic ideal- the most value for the lowest labor cost) all bolstered its ability to fight against communism. Meanwhile the communistic societies arose largely in the wrong countries for the wrong reasons. (Russia + China in existential desperation, instead of Germany for class equilibrium). And, as far as the Soviets were concerned, losing 12% of their working population and much of their infrastructure to a war, and falling to authoritarian socialism rather than democratic socialism or communism.
