  2.  @DackxJaniels  ?? I was just pointing out that the etymology necessitates death for something to be called an "electrocution", which this (although awful) thankfully wasn't. Also, doesn't what you described fall under what I said?

  3. Tbh the looters should be charged too, but yes!! The police need to be charged with vandalism and payment needs to come out of the department fund. That way, everyone on the force is motivated to keep the worse cops in-line, so that they don't cost more money.
