@チビ-e6q Actually, even that's wrong (sorry). According to the cycle of warming and cooling, we're LONG overdue for a plateau and eventual cooling, but our temperatures are rising at a rate not seen in hundreds of thousands of years (the amount of time the "cycle" has been around for). We've caused this— the concentration of CO2 in the trophosphere, as well as the global average temperature, skyrocketed after ~1800- around the time whale oil was first discovered. Fossil fuel companies and meat producers are to blame here. It's human-caused.
