  1. I admire him greatly, and his honesty is endearing, but he seems too much like a boyscout to be working there. Doesn't seem to understand, or is too optimistic to accept, that the Afghans are working from square 0. Especially the part with the boys being raped. It's awful, but they are all the country has, and they need to pick the cream of the crop in terms of how well they police, not how few human rights they violate.
