@Extort713 Nah, not yet. China knows they'd lose in a conflict (I mean a budget of $700M+ isn't anything to mess with), which is why they use covert tactics. Plus, MAD has already put an end to most conventional warfare. At best, you'd fight a proxy war in Africa. Trump is much more likely to go to war with Iran. He ordered U.S. ships to fire on Iranian gunboats if they attack them. Since the U.S. is in the Strait of Hormuz, and since Trump will probably get re-elected even with his questionable handling of the coronavirus... I think we're headed for a conflict with Iran.

@6times LFC Because there are (almost, ha) no absolutes in anything. One piece of advice might work somewhere, and the complete opposite might work somewhere else. Seize the day, don't put all your eggs into one basket. Birds of a feather, opposites attract. None of the advice is meant to work as a life guide, just something you can use if you feel like it's the right choice.
