"Defund the police" "Toxic masculinity" even "problematic" The left has this tendency to use lots of in-group and coded language, and it also happens to sound awful to anyone looking in. It's so annoying when people ao obviously in an echo chamber defend it, like anyone else outside their Twitter followers knows what the fuck they're talking about. The left needs to learn to present their ideas in a palatable way. Bernie did that, and look how freaked out the establishment got. Imagine if all leftists started doing the same.

Still not gonna watch any of your videos though Btw, past ~127°F, no amount of prepping will let you survive a heat that slowly drains your body of moisture. Companies can't innovate new ways to weather this one out, sorry. Humans have biological limits and no matter what gear you've got, it won't be enough.

Ironic, since they're the same stock that denied climate change for so fucking long. Honestly, at the risk of sounding sadistic here, I hope a heat wave hits Texas and causes a lot of damage. Then maybe Republicans will be forced to change their climate stance, to avoid half their base dying in another heatwave.

I'd much rather lose a few members of my own family (if they were living in the South) than sacrifice the entire human race... all so I can avoid sounding mean in the present? Hell no. A major catastrophic event needs to spur the world's largest polluter (both in volume and per person) to uproot its entire energy consumption patterns, and I'd much rather the world look back on these people as unwilling martyrs for the highest possible cause, rather than have humanity be dead, and no one looking back at all.
