Hi Cody'sLab! I haven't seen your channel yet but I see that you're verified so your influence could help a lot of people. Please let people know: The vast majority of honey in the U.S. isn't real- it's either diluted with high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), or made of HFCS entirely. Ask yourself: why doesn't your honey crystalize, like other "natural" sugars (cane, beet sugar)? Because it's not real honey. It's the syrup, which is chemically uniform, and much more damaging to the body. Sorry for my rant, but since you said you eat a lot of "honey," I thought it might matter to you.

As I'm sure you're aware (based on the footage you used), Dr. John Mew is currently in legal disputes with the British Orthodontics Society— as a matter of fact, his YouTube channel's relatively recent prominence (and its message) is what the Society take issue with. They are deciding whether or not to revoke his license to practice. I'm not saying this video shouldn't have been made, because it will help a lot of people, but given the Society is aware of Dr. Mew's channels and others like it, posting at exactly this point in time could be seen as evidence that Dr. Mew's videos are helping propogate unsubstantiated and possibly harmful claims, leading to his losing his license and title.

@lllLoko Most. But I'd still prefer we keep one of the most biodiverse regions on earth intact, lol Brazil turning into a big Mongolia would be an irreversible tragedy for not only humankind, but all life

@ちゃんりゅこ Jawline is mostly genetic. It's determined not by how wide your jaw is, but the angle that your jawbone sticks out. So if it doesn't 'poke' outwards 'into your skin', there won't be a clean line to see.

@nickmagrick7702 It could, to a small extent. Keeping your mouth closed insulated it from bacteria coming in, so (assuming the teeth remineralize and you don't drink coffee or wine) you could see some minor whitening.

@nickmagrick7702 That's cool. It's still objectively better to keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose. You effectively prevent snoring and sleep apnea.

@Enraiful Lmao nice one. It's an older meme, sir, but it checks out. My point isn't that their opinion is or isn't valid, but rather that WIL making this video could affect the Society's decision regarding Dr. Mew's license going forward. Especially given his popularity within the YouTube algorithm. It's not an attack on his ideas, just a word of caution. YouTube videos are what got him into disagreement with the Society. I don't think wanting a single video is worth getting his license revoked. Do you?

@b__w_4565 That "death and rotting flesh" is the only reason the human race is as dominant as it is today. Early humans in East Africa were able to have large brain size evolutionarily selected for, because the nutrient content of the fish they were eating was so much higher than plants. Human history and eating meat are interconnected, and we wouldnt even be as evolved if we hadn't evolved the ability to eat meat.

@mart6441 Make sure the lighting angle is the exact same, otherwise your results could be hard to compare

What I've Learned Do you think that Casey could've adopted the Uberman sleep schedule? If you haven't heard of it, I highly recommend you look it up, it's a manipulation of the brain's response to sleep loss, that increases sleep efficiency. Also, I love your videos and always look forward to new ones, thanks so much for them!!

@dadadudududa5500 That's a pretty hyperbolic argument. Nutrient absorption is a genuine point of concern-- it should be for you, too, assuming you're vegan. Different nutrients become more 'abundant' (larger amount, more accessible) depending on whether you eat a vegetable raw or cooked.

Also, - keep potatoes and garlic away from each other - as with spinach, keep chives moist with a towel or a spritz of water every so often - some people say tomatoes are best left out, but I personally have better luck keeping them in the fridge ... - carrots last forever

Hey WIL, did you get a new microhone? Your voice sounds different.

I think it's really sad if (I'm assuming, in the U.S.) exercise is so foreign to people that it needs to be spoonfed to them by advertisers.

@lllLoko Plenty of Brazilians do— or just don't care, and they're the ones with a direct effect on the Amazon

This video is doubleplusgood.

Same can be said of Eastern Europe. I went there for less than 2 weeks and lost 11 pounds. I only really noticed when I came back and was bored enough to look closely in the mirror, and found that my gut had disappeared. Of course, it varies from country to country, but I find the farther "west" you go (with America at the apex), the worse your food will be.

I mean unless you're 5 years old, you'll probably stay mostly the same ;/ But if you have kids, now you know what to do!

@tuborgcarlsberg3208 Then what explains the difference in placement (of both the teeth, which had become crooked, and the jaw itself, which had fixed open)? The quality of teeth may be different, due to a larger influx of bacteria, but everything else, in this case, can be explained by poor development.
1
Do you think there is a compromise between tooth wear and muscle/bone development? I obviously don't want to wear my teeth down by 50, but I also want to have a normal bite and face.

It becomes a habit and you stop noticing

@user-xw9nr4ir7f That's what American doctors told Dr. John Yudkin for suggesting that sugar, not fat, was responsible for making people gain weight. Te evidence is preliminary, but it's here. Orthodontists already use several dental-arch widening tools, what's so revolutionary about the fact that we're supposed to do that naturally?
