  1. Hi Cody'sLab! I haven't seen your channel yet but I see that you're verified so your influence could help a lot of people. Please let people know: The vast majority of honey in the U.S. isn't real- it's either diluted with high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), or made of HFCS entirely. Ask yourself: why doesn't your honey crystalize, like other "natural" sugars (cane, beet sugar)? Because it's not real honey. It's the syrup, which is chemically uniform, and much more damaging to the body. Sorry for my rant, but since you said you eat a lot of "honey," I thought it might matter to you.
