  1.  @lynngallant8188  He's not entirely wrong. Ironically, Russia has not seemed to learn from Ukraine that shelling civilian areas are not the way to win hearts and minds-- this is true of both Donbass and Ukraine. Same goes with creating a water crisis in Crimea- you might starve out the citizens and force the area back under your control, but the people will hate you.
