  3. Israel would need to be fully occupied and re-educated for decades— and even then, it might not work, Because any foreign influence would be seen as antithetical to the Israeli self-perception. It really is just a country with an irredeemable psychology and its development is so flawed that it can't ever be fixed without (by some miracle) coming to the conclusion on its own that its history is monstrous.
