@thinkharder9332 Then look at Switzerland. They're armed to the teeth, and don't have mass shootings. Why? Because there's heavy regulation about who can have a gun and what kind. You need a license to own one, take a test every few years to prove you're capable of using it safely, and need to register any new guns you get. Even the ones like heirlooms from a family member. They treat it like the skill of driving a car. Both are potentially deadly, for different reasons. But regulating it makes the citizens more responsible when owning one, If you want to own one, you'd better know it inside and out. Can't just be some backwoods hick or some suburbanite thinking that letting their 9 year-old wield a semi-auto is a good idea.
