  1. Urrcreavesh Russian here. At some point, however, one of their fore (likely)fathers built the wealth that they inherited. Andrew Carnegie may have been monopolist, but he worked his ass off to get his wealth. He wasn't given any any of just because (to illustrate with an American counterpart) he was friends with Lincoln when the Union was re-asserted over the South. One of Putin's close friends, who happens to be a cellist, is worth ~$2B. How is that even possible?! He didn't honestly earn all of that money. He was just lucky to be friends with a top government official. That is the difference. Although I see America slowly turning into Russia, in the corruption sense (it's been corrupt since Citizens United passed, but it's becoming more blatant.)
