  1.  @CaspianReport  In Germany, maybe. America, India, China, Russia, even Australia could do it- if, for a fleeting moment, they each acquired a populist, authoritarian leader, a la Theodore Roosevelt. Economies can be swayed rather quickly when the political will allows for it, I think it will happen a little bit too late, but humans will survive.
