Well, it is a private company. That it de facto functions as a public square (for younger people, mostly) doesn't mean the servers and everything essential to YouTube isn't owned by Google. So basically, tough shit if you don't like it use the free market and make your own YouTube! Not saying I support them but you can't have it both ways-the ease and convenience of the Internet (literally) comes at a price. And getting demonetized is not the same as getting banned altogether. Joe can say whatever he wants, he just might not be able to make money off it directly.

@DadsCigaretteRun I don't think Weinstein says to kill them, but to revolt. He even said "I don't know" when Joe asked him what specifically that meant. Not disagreeing with you at all, I actually get a sort of actor/startup woo-woo vibe from him (extremely confident but reaches way beyond his expertise and sounds.. fascinated with his own topics).

Then why hasn't he done anything yet?? Harley Davidson packed up right after he said he'd "incentivise" them to stay here; jobs haven't moved back from China and are in fact ramping up in Vietnam. The trade war simmered off and the only thing he got out of it was a shipment of rice to China. Great for optics, not for Americans. Trump certainly has his finger on the pulse of working Americans; he understands how to appeal to them and get elected, he just doesn't do anything once in office. The companies he supposedly got to create more jobs have fired them en masse with no benefits and he still refuses to use the Defense Production Act to produce masks and medical equipment for doctors.

@The Dali Llama Could you specifically lay out what he's done? As far as I can tell, he negotiated a slightly improved trade deficit, but nowhere near "in America's favor". Like, which provisions were agreed upon? Is there a bullet list or a copy of the treaty/treaties you can link? Not to mention, his plan on foreign policy is atrocious. Pull out of Syria... in the one area where you're needed. Ask any member of the armed forces, if they're happy with the fat orange fuck forcing them to abandon their allies on the field (the Kurds, who did most of the grunt work defeating ISIS), and re-positioning them to defend oil refineries. And maybe worst of all, one of the first (maybe the first?) official concession by the United States in its entire military history. They're quietly signing a peace deal with the Taliban and are likely going to agree to pull out of Afghanistan for good... with the Taliban intact. The one Bush promised would be destroyed? It's 'almost' like all those American soldiers died for nothing..

@The Dali Llama It sounds to me like you know your position is wrong and don't want to admit that to yourself. If you think I like Trump, then clearly by brain's not the only one rotting, here. I despise him- not just as a politician, but- from what has been said of him by acquaintances of his- as a person. He's a shit businessman, politician, and husband. As I said, the one area where Trump would have been wise to keep troops, he took them out. ISIS was already defeated and no more lives were being lost, so the "money lost, lives lost, decades without any US success" argument is wrong. That was his one foreign policy success, and he squandered it. The lone achievement in his dumpster fire presidency, and he chucked it. If you want to keep living in your bubble, go ahead. I've tried to engage with you on specific points and I don't think I've been unreasonable in my concerns. That you still refuse to open your worldview to any criticism just confirms to me that... neoliberals? I can't tell and don't care what you are at this point- are a lost cause.

Stop making immature assumptions about people, it makes you look even more stupid than you already are, which itself is a feat. Trump built a fence, not a wall, and Mexico didn't pay for it. There is no "cheaper, better healthcare" as promised. He's been divorced 2 times and bankrupted 6. He's a failure on all accounts. Which of the previous stats about him are wrong? You still haven't addressed a single previous point because deep down you know your opinions are based on nothing but emotion. You have provided nothing but insults, which just tells me your worldview has no legs to stand on. Answer with actual substance.

Trump received a briefing in 2017 that a virus was very likely to come out of China, he ignored it. He received direct news of the outbreak in early January, he downplayed and refused to do anything until the 2nd of February, by then 300K+ Chinese nationals had already entered the U.S.. Now we have the most cases and deaths on Earth. He's also reconsidering opening the country back up by Easter, because 200K+ lives is apparently worth sacrificing to make rich people happy. He repeatedly said it was under control, would be 0-15 cases soon, a hoax, etc etc. He failed. Americans will die because of his indecision.
