  4.  @springfauna1465  yup, these folks clearly don’t get how our system works. Lawyers aren’t allowed to fire a client. Only the clients or judge can get rid of the lawyer. It’s not fair to a defendant to be without representation. And as much as we know in our hearts that this woman is guilty, in the name of the LAW, she is innocent until proven otherwise.

  5. Nope. She already had her sentencing in record. She also stated that for the record just in case anyone was wondering. She handled this perfectly. Now another judge will handle the new charges. I mean, if that were the case, every criminal in the nation would verbally or physically attack their judge- to get a new trial 😂

  6. If I were a betting woman, she’s got histrionic personality disorder. They LOVE to be seen as martyrs, victims, and heros 🙄. They will do literally anything for attention. Lori Vallow is also a histrionic and it’s said that Kim K is as well. As long as they’re the center if attention they’re fine. If they lose that status they will do whatever it takes to regain it.

  7. He DID. But judges don’t just get to convict and sentence for unrelated crimes. There will be a NEW “trial” and all that… for this separate issue. And it won’t be held by a biased judge.

He seems to be functioning just fine 😂. And I say that as a woman who was actually victimized and needed therapy for it. He obviously doesn’t feel that way. Probably bc his gf was barely an adult. The gap in age matters. Y’all act like she was 40 😂

  23. My dad prepared me for all of this! Also make sure your kids and you have a secret password for (unlikely) emergencies. If a stranger tries to take them they must have the password. This is almost never necessary but better to be safe than sorry since many kidnappers use the ruse “your mom sent me to pick you up”.

What the hell does that say about your religion! That woman prayed every day in that home and that thing tormented her through it all. It’s not a good sign when a demon is more powerful than god. Or maybe god just can’t be bothered to help? Whatever the case, lemme know when your religion will overpower the bad guys. Until then, it’s not very helpful to recommend Christianity in times like these lol.

But once they become an adult and continue to act this way it’s the persons responsibility to seek therapy and learn healthy coping skills. The parents don’t get to be released from culpability just because their abused child turned 18.

  37. Not if the parents didn’t report it and it’s been 20 years. But FYI times have changed. When I was 15 I was preyed on by a 27 y/o man. My mother DID press charges and he did a whopping 9 months and was released. His parents obviously didn’t press charges and even if they did I doubt she would have done much time.

  40. A misdemeanor here in Cali (she was only 20, not 40), and that’s assuming the parents even bother to press charges which they clearly didn’t. She would have been looking at probation to 1 month in jail. Big whoop.

He takes zero responsibility even though he’s bragged about knowing everything about guns and gun safety 101 states you ALWAYS double if not triple check the gun to ensure it’s cold before pointing it at anyone. He feels sorry for HIMSELF, and that’s it. This man is a narcissist and a terrible person. Anyone whose watched how he treats his kids and others near him have seen this for decades. Lemme ask you this- if the scene called for him pointing the gun at his own head, do ya think he would have taken 5 seconds to check that the gun was in fact cold? I GUARANTEE YOU he would have. But for others? Meh. Not so much.
