  1. I’m certain that if she requested it, another judge could have read him his sentence. All of the paperwork was already done. It’s best not to let the attacker think they have an upper hand. Especially with the entire nation in watching.

  2. Nope. She already had her sentencing in record. She also stated that for the record just in case anyone was wondering. She handled this perfectly. Now another judge will handle the new charges. I mean, if that were the case, every criminal in the nation would verbally or physically attack their judge- to get a new trial 😂

  3. He DID. But judges don’t just get to convict and sentence for unrelated crimes. There will be a NEW “trial” and all that… for this separate issue. And it won’t be held by a biased judge.
