Dude. You are the ONLY person I will listen to give commentary on controversial political topics. Because you use logic and not propaganda or hate to drive your opinion. You’re officially my favorite lawyer on YT. And thank you for remaining respectful to all human beings while not wavering on your logic. To hear her say that she is a biological female because she’s not a robot/cyborg was the absolute worst reasoning I’ve ever heard in my life. There IS another option that she not so cleverly overlooked. A non-robot HUMAN who was not born female, competing in female sports. And THAT is an advantage in woman’s sports. Period.

I am a teacher. I have trans students. I will always respect them and anyone else regardless of their demographic. I will call them by their chosen name and pronouns. But what’s happening here isn’t about discrimination. It’s about being fair. There’s a GOOD reason why woman’s sports are segregated from male sports. If they want to create place for the trans community on sports I’m all for that, if they can find enough people. But sharing bathrooms with little girls and boys and this^… no. Just no.

@PatientPerspective I agree that it doesn’t fall under the feminism umbrella. I say this without intending to hurt anyone’s feelings but you can’t be out to harm women when you’re so delusional that you identify as a “biological” female when by the very definition that is impossible. Identify as a woman- fine. I’ll call you a woman. But you weren’t born a woman and that’s the entire point.
