  1.  @Igor-ug1uo that’s not how this works! The prosecution never gets to determine if evidence is relevant or not. That’s the BRADY law. They MUST disclose everything collected and allow the defense to choose what they want to use. The judge ruled in his favor because she HAD to or HER job would have been on the line when appeals court tossed the case down the road. But you don’t want logic, you just want to play victim. I can’t STAND Alec B but I refuse to cheerlead for corruption. That prosecutor put a target on his back so she could become famous by defeating the great alec Baldwin. All to boost her career.

  3. Or 3, the prosecutor is corrupt and hid the evidence in order to win the case and this become famous and advance her career as a PRIVATE defense attorney . She really did seem to have a target on AB when others were equally at fault if not MORE at fault (like Halls, Seth, Sarah).
