  2. The evidence would contradict that he knew. He clearly didn’t know and was shocked when it happened. But THAT is not the point. The point is that he knew his kid had mental illness and gave him a f’n gun and rejected his kids please for medical intervention.

  3. We don’t judge the defense lawyers. They are providing a valuable service which keeps Americans free. With that being said, if they’re horrible and act like Jennifer’s lawyer did- that’s a different story. We are a free country because our system requires that every defendant has an attorney and that’s the way it should be. Now… let’s hope for a guilty verdict!
