  1. Before the trial I would have been happy with 5 years. Now? 10-15. Jennifer wouldn’t have changed ANYTHING? And James clearly threatened the prosecutor and it wasn’t a “I’m going to have your job” sorta threat either.

  2.  @fancykitty7245 I think she might have to fight the Crumbley’s, for the award, and that woman who left her baby alone so she could go on vacation for 10 days (baby died an agonizing death over 9 of those days), and Lori Vallow. Oh and Kevin/Ruby Franke. Crap! And Chad doermann… 😭

  3. Naw… his threat was directly related to this case and it shows his character which the judge is allowed to weight for sentencing. Hence why they’re talking about it in this video.

  4. Exactly it’s the first case. Which is why they need to be made an example out of and not slapped on the wrist. Whether it’s happened before or not doesn’t change how negligent they were as parents in every way possible. Who cares if they’re the first to be prosecuted. They’re ch!ld abusers!
