@monicavillarreal3902 that’s NOT unconditional love. That’s codependency. She’s a narcissists bc her parents never held her accountable.

@ButterflyWings18 except she’s not. She’s literally still developing. Therefore she’s NOT fully grown. How do ppl not know basic human developmental stages? 🤦🏻♀️

Ding ding ding! The parents created a narcissist and daddy is STILL trying to cover for his little girl 🤦🏻♀️

@curtisdalrymple42 yup!! VERY typical in Narcissistic families! The kid is spoiled to death and never held accountable for their actions until they become SO entitled that they do something like this. This entire family is toxic. It’s so weird to see naive people think that this has ANY semblance of normalcy to it. I mean no offense with the word “naive”. I only mean they aren’t familiar with narcissism and the codependency it breeds throughout the entire family unit. I wonder if mom was the queen narc like Chris watt’s mom is.

She was a teenager when it happened, and technically, not legally, we don’t graduate into adulthood until mid-20’s when our brain finishes developing. So for all intents and purposes she’s more of a kid than an adult. But that’s not why she did this. She did this bc she’s a narcissist and her parents did that to her by always covering for her. And it’s STILL happening.

@user-bo1rj2xu2s that’s not love. It’s codependency and all family members will have it in these scenarios. It’s the result of narcissistic abuse and the toxic parents groom their kids to become enmeshed with them and the cycle never stops until someone goes to therapy. Imagine if your kid makes a big mistake and instead of holding them accountable (in a healthy way), you sweep it under the rug and “fix” it for them? You think that’s love? That’s a byproduct of TRAUMA, not love. And it causes the child to become a narcissist.

Pure narcissism

@roselee2397 daddy and grandma are just as sick as she is. Why do you think she developed narcissism? Grandma passed it onto her mom, her mom gave it to her, and daddy sits back and lets Sydney do anything she wants because he’s too wussy to be a parent and create structure and boundaries for her. It’s like my mom who made her dogs SUPER obese because she thinks that feeding them= love. My mother is exactly like her father. And my mom also married a narcissist who destroyed our mental health. This is how narcs are created. One parent is the narc, the other is the pushover who puts up with the abuse , and the child is doomed from the get go to become exactly like one of those two parents. Then they marry someone who is like the other parent and the cycle continues.

@Staronqueen just an fyi, psychology 101 literally addresses Pavlov and his dogs and not how to manipulate others via fake crying. Other than that I agree. She learned to do this by doing it her entire life and it got her what she wanted. As the experts say “the organism does what helped the organism become successful”. She’s a pro because she’s been doing it since birth. She cries and daddy immediately coddles her.

Guess why she thought that? Hint- her entire family never ever held her accountable for her actions. AKA she’s spoiled beyond belief. Aka she’s a narcissist.

It’s been said but this is narcissism and it runs in families generation after generation because the next generation is groomed to be just like mom/dad . It’s byproduct is “enmeshment” also known as codependency. Narcs don’t love their family. They NEED them to love them, but they don’t genuinely love them without strings attached (hence why they are always the ones who k!LL their own!). What happens is the narcissist is fully self-focused. When they have children, they don’t view them as autonomous people with inherent worth. They see them as EXTENSIONS of themselves. So if a narcissist is entitled (they all are) and wants special treatment for themself- that also applies for the extensions! To attack an extension is to attack THEM. So grandma doesn’t actually care about Sydney, she just wants special treatment for herself! They all believe they are entitled to it. They lack empathy so none of them really care that a member of their family is DEAD. They only care that their extension is being targeted 🙄

@fernandaolivares7926 lol no. This is a classic case of narcissism. You’re only making excuses for her bc she’s a young female. I all but guarantee you haven’t said the same about Grant Amato or Chandler Halderson 😂
