  1. A lawyer (the lawyer you know) didn’t consider this THAT huge of a bombshell, but I don’t agree. The witness has NO reason to lie and Garth has now told two people/groups two very different stories that have been refuted by others. His credibility is at 0. Then there’s Emma and anyone who believes SHE googled the wind that day needs their head examined. So she also has no credibility. Now Chad has who to vouch for him? JOE? His son in law who resents law enforcement? And who was offended that detectives were investigating the murd3r of two KIDS? Chads witnesses are garbage.

He was supposedly the closest to Tammy and her favorite 😢 and yeah, parents aren’t supposed to have favs but they do and let’s face it, if the others are also like Emma I don’t blame her.

  3. Getting away with the first two (Charles and Tammy) was actually very very easy! Which is pretty scary! It wasn’t until the children were found that investigators were like “ought oh!, we need to investigate more…”. Yeah they should have folded that last hand instead of going all in! They would have completely gotten away with it, and been able to be together. Altho getting married fast was a really poor choice. Sometimes body’s get “dug up” for doing stup!d things like this.

  8.  @SerenDipity64711 then y’all need to understand how English functions. You can be 99 years old with a 70 year old kid. Kid= offspring. Children also means that. There is no special word to specifically describe offspring over the age of 17 except maybe “descendants” and that is too formal and never used in layman’s speech.

  11. Nope, if they were gunna do that the time was after Emma disagreed. But that doesn’t prove perjury anyway. Perjury means the person INTENTIONALLY misled the court and proving INTENTION is almost impossible. Humans forget and we misremember details ALL the time and don’t mean to, esp when years have passed. So unless someone admits on a recording that they lied under oath- they won’t be charged. Waste of money and time that the state doesn’t have.

  15. No Emma didn’t think she sounded normal. But she HAD to explain how her dad used those percentages to “help” her relieve her d3mon, I mean, her mental disorder (anxiety). She was trying to make it sound like a good thing that someone of the light would do. And if he’s of the light, then certainly he could never k!LL KIDS. As for Garth- Chad clearly got to him and convinced him that the detectives were evil and he was being attacked by the dark so Garth must defend dad and lie to give him an alibi. that’s the only thing that explains his two VERY different stories.

  21. I know her type very well. Lori could have had Chad and even a million dollar and a happy life had she paused to think about how to play her cards right. But narcissists are impulsive and REACT immediately to their rage inside. When she found out that Charles switched the insurance to Kay, she RESENTED Kay and Charles for that. As a form of reverb he, and ALSO because she associated JJ with them- she wanted him DE@D. That’s why she was so cruel in moving him to a new state after his daddy just died, took away his service animal, and took him off his meds too. She wanted him to suffer and to have a great excuse to end his life. Tylee was in the way and resented Chad so she naturally had to go too. She was a smart ass teenager like the best ones are… and that means she didn’t conform to their B S. Till the end when she did because she sensed something was wrong. But it was too late. Narcissists are the ones that k!LL their kids and families. Their grandiosity, selfishness, and immaturity call all of the shots. So yeah… she actually thought all of this would work out fine for her. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  22.  @lindalarson5468 if he was going to be charged it would have happened by now with Lori as a co-conspirator. He isn’t charged bc there’s nothing to tie HIM to the crime, just Lori. All he did was call to get a quote for a cremation. Looks bad but that’s not proof of much at all.

  26. You don’t just go around charging people with crimes you have zero evidence to prove. You use logic and evidence, not emotion like you’re doing. Perjury is internationally deceiving the court to mislead them. If you know how to prove someone’s INTENT- go ahead and apply for the job as prosecutor because you’d be the first one. Unless she admits her intent amongst witnesses, there is no evidence of perjury. And def no evidence that she HELPED Chad.

  28. Who? the woman who reviewed the autopsy? She is actually very credible. She never said things just to buttress the defendant if it wasn’t true. In fact she ended up being rather useless because she wasn’t threatening enough and wasn’t willing to B S the court. She’s one of the few I’ve ever listened to and came away thinking “wow, she actually has integrity”. She also didn’t have an inflated ego like many do. I thought she was going to claim natural cause of death but she just said she couldn’t determine it. That does NOT help Chad the way he wishes it would.

  30. Because 99/100 people don’t just flee town and never come back when the investigation has barely started. That sorta thing is usually a last resort. I mean she just left half her crap and disappeared- abandoning her home and deposit. I’m fairly certain the cops did not have any reason to think that she actually K!LLED her kids at this point or she WOULD have been under surveillance (like Koehberger was). This was a turning point in the case where the heat went from a 3 to a 9 like THAT. And boom- arrest and then kids found. 😢

  31. Narcissists and psych0paths (who are also narcs) DO know that what they’re doing is wrong and that they are frauds. But they’ll NEVER admit that unless it helps them for some reason. Bundy only came clean towards the end of his life because he did that to manipulate a minister into getting him a pardon. But it didn’t work. It’s the fact that they know but just don’t care… that gets them the de@th penalty.

  32.  @georgannwayne492 they already did. This is a circumstantial case so if something doesn’t add up- that’s considered “proof”. No need to hard evidence. The jury decided if she is telling the truth or not. And I’m sure they will decide that she wasn’t. There won’t be charges unless that recorded phone call straight up said “I’ll lie and say X on the stand”. And I doubt that.

  37. No no no… Lori came to Chad with her “problems” and Chad responded by saying they were dark and they might need to die. Lori is the one who literally pressured him to stop rating the kids at a 2 or a 3 and bump it down to ZERO asap, so she could k!LL them via her brother. Listen to the texts again. “Just a 3??!?!” And Chad replied “I’ll explain later”. They manipulated the h3ll out of each OTHER. She used s3x to keep him under her spell and he used his nonsense about being a psychic to get her to go along with his agenda. Little did they each know they both wanted the same thing. But Lori wanted Chad NOW and that’s why Tammy died so soon after they started an affair, and they got married RIGHT after she died too, instead of being smart about it and waiting for the sake of how BAD that looks. But lori got Chad to get sloppy and marry her ASAP. They are both fully guilty of the same thing here. She probably didn’t lay hands on the kids bc she is a coward (wouldn’t even look at images of their corpses), but she planned it all up to the last details. He’s just the sucker that did it for her. It’s very similar to the Watts case where Nichole used HER s3x appeal (and even performed s3x magick) to get Chris to k!ll his entire family for her. He’s obviously guilty but so is SHE. No one understands why she was never prosecuted. But don’t under estimate the power of a female narcissist with good looks. They are pros at manipulating men. They know what men want and how to play their hand.

  39.  @maria-korros he will die naturally in prison. Idaho uses the firing squad yet they have NO facility for it. The DP is rarely used at all anymore it seems- across all states. BUT if he gets life, he will be stuck in a call all day for his protection. That is as bad as it gets! Death by years of solitude and boredom.
