Apparently one of them was caught in camera saying “is that him? Close the (car) door or I’m going to k!LL him!!”. They tried to use this to get the case tossed out but Chad couldn’t ever hear it and the judge denied him his claim 🙄

Detectives at the station did it- they ignored his request for a lawyer. Can’t do that.

Ding ding ding!!! And they WILL let him because he has a right to defend himself. It’s infuriating. But this also means HE has to go through it and I realize he doesn’t regret what he did but the SHAME rubs deep with narcissists. Adam Montgomery couldn’t even go to his trial because of it

That body cam video (even if muted) will be played at trial and that all by itself, a MUTED VIDEO will end him. Add to that the other evidence and he’s done. Bye bye you P0S.

Ok but you’re not paying attention. None of that will come in at trial and the jury won’t know he did it because they only select ppl who don’t know about the case.
