  3. You aren’t listening. That only meets part of the criteria. Yes she’s a bad azz but the judge didn’t tell her “you need to stay and make it work”. The fact that he just… let her go is bonkers. He could have at LEAST made it super clear to Sarah at that hearing that she either gets cashman or she gets no one. Lots of lawyers are saying that the judge messed up here and I agree. If she has ANY chance at a successful appeal, well, do you really wanna take that chance? She’s manipulating the court and it’s working!

  4. No he didn’t. It’s up to the judge if the lawyer is ALLOWED to withdraw. He allowed it and I agree with her, he should have given an ultimatum- it’s her or it’s pro se. He didn’t do that, he JUST dismissed the lawyer.
