  2.  @Exoticgirl1 yes a total 180. She was extremely smug in that deposition- like she was untouchable. I think she realized that she was in for it with this trial AND she was obviously the defendant this time. She really backed herself into a corner with her lies. I think that’s why she doubled down and made up fresh allegations about rape for this new trial. She had to go all in or fold. She probably should have folded. I went through a similar case with a woman and she came after me with a frivolous lawsuit with bogus claims. She didn’t expect me to countersue. She was trying to intimidate me and so she wasn’t prepared for me to hit her back (so to speak). Around that time she must have realized that she F’d with the wrong person because she got quiet and the day if she practically begged me to drop my suit. She saw the mound of evidence I Elgar collected without her knowing, including private text messages to her friends where she spoke about faking everything. I bet you that Amber also attempted to settle out of court to save face and Johnny wasn’t having it since it wasn’t about the money. Same for me- because the lady I was suing was judgment proof. She was living off of welfare and you can’t collect welfare. So it wasn’t about the money for me either. It was about teaching her a lesson because I was her 17th frivolous lawsuit!! That was in 2016 and she hasn’t filed another lawsuit since. And I did win and funny enough I actually got my judgment a few years later when she came into an inheritance. Anyway- so I think that’s why Amber was an anxious mess on the stand. She knew she couldn’t explain the major discrepancies. She knew she was F’d and so she overplayed her hand and made it even worse!
