  2.  @SunnyDays70s ffs it’s not about that. I’m so sick of people trying to use logic to understand MENTAL ILLNESS. Alcoholism affects decision making and so does just normal drinking. Let’s have realistic expectations. Obviously calling a driver is the RIGHT thing to do. He didn’t do that and it’s not because he doesn’t have the money. Hell MOST people can choose a different option and still end up driving. Because alcohol impairs judgment. So we get it!

  3. Haha he was arrested for having booze in his system while driving but you do you boo 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s like watching someone murder a person and then claim “innocent until proven guilty”. SOME common sense is in order! Lol

  5. Yup but what you’re not mentioning is that if you do that like I did, you MUST be arrested and then have your blood drawn at the station. Still better for the defendant but it doesn’t magically stop all charges.
