  1. Oh no doubt- the defense’s job is to twist the evidence into their favor so they def will do this. Good luck on then doing it for the actual murder tho. Also, she clearly led him to that water and pushed him in. She tried to make it happen easily but he didn’t budge so she had to push him and that’s really noticeable. So I’d like to see her explain THAT 🙄

  2. I’m not so sure. In no way am I condoning her actions but I seriously doubt this was an option on a good day let alone mid Covid. Even if it was an option, these things can take years.

  3. I’ve noticed that every time a hoax is carried out, the person chooses a faux perpetrator that is not of their own ethnicity. Carlee Russell (Black) said a White dude did it, Sheri Papini (White) said Hispanic women did it, and so on. I am assuming it’s either done subconsciously or consciously to remove oneself as far as possible from the description of the perp, as if that will shield them from being caught.
