If anyone out there thinks she’s innocent, and obviously none of us have heard about them, then they’re also mentally ill. No reasonable person thinks she’s innocent.

I have been saying the same thing. You said it better. Me and my roommate have long hair if diff colors and it’s EVERYWHERE. Hers is all over my room and clothes and likewise, and we never touch each other. This evidence can go both ways, which means it’s useless. The question is, how will the jury perceive it?

@Kay-fv7cw I’m afraid you missed the point. If Alex did the killing and hurrying and Alex got a hug from Lori earlier that day which transferred the hair, it’s VERY plausible that’s he shed HER hair onto the tape. This evidence is useless. No one is saying she isn’t guilty. We are saying that this isn’t a smoking gun whatsoever.

@innocentnemesis3519 it could have been shed from the killers clothes. Alex could easily have her hair on his shirt then it gets stuck to the tape in the process. Long hair does that.

@dontask4990 do you live with anyone else? If you do I guarantee your long hair gets all over THEIR clothes and then sheds off them throughout the day. Ya’ll aren’t critical thinkers. Her hair means nothing since Alex had a reason for having her hair on him (they were close siblings). If he had her hair in his clothes then it could easily get stuck to some tape. Not a smoking gun at all.

@msaijay1153 no that’s not how this works. Hair sheds all over the place. I Find my roommates long thick black hair on my damn clothes every day and I guarantee you that the hairs I don’t find shed off my clothes throughout the day. Hairs that do not belong to ME. Alex could have shed HER hair.

@1hanagima nope. That makes no difference. Alex could have had her hair on his shirt and while wrapping up JJ, the tape touched it and pulled it off then got wrapped up. It means zilch.

@eleanoraquitaine2966 that’s NOT the point. Jurors are instructed to go with facts not feelings. Why do you think Casey Anthony was doing not guilty? She had FAR WORSE evidence against her but jurors didn’t have a smoking gun so they let her go.
