16:25 Vinnie that’s true BUT you have to listen to her entire testimony to get the answer to this. She was the ONLY one there amongst hundreds of workers, and her job was centered around making sure people had Advil and bandaids, and water in a hot day. She was NOT setup to tackle TWO gunshot wounds at once. Then one dies because she didn’t get the help she needed. That IS traumatizing.
