Seriously!! Those words would never have been uttered if she were the victim. HE would have been blamed for her death, not the relationship. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Recovering BPD here. At the beginning of this video you said that she had a mental illness and I immediately suspected BPD because uncontrollable violence is a common symptom. I went to google it then you told us it is in fact BPD. It’s a HELL of a mental issue. It’s never ever an excuse for violence though. Those in treatment should not be in a relationship. It’s nearly impossible to have a healthy relationship with an untreated BPD and abuse is a guarantee (emotional and/ or physical)

BPD here and correct- we don’t get to use a diagnosis to excuse actions. Only the criminally insane can do that and they are too far gone to even string those words together. I know the difference between right and wrong. Today I can pause and make non-impulsive choices. But before I got help that was very hard. Regardless it’s MY responsibility.

🥇 dumbest comment on the internet this week! Congrats! I’ve got some news for ya- healthy minded people don’t get and stay in abusive relationships. Whatever happened to that kid that got beat up by his mother all the time? You think that child grew up to have a happy marriage? Or did he end up in a relationship with a woman who treated him like he is used to being treated? There is no “simply” when it comes to trauma bonds. How is this not common sense? It must be nice to live in a world where you’re so privileged that you think either kids don’t endure extreme trauma, or if they do they just magically make healthy decisions later on in life. As if they’re even capable of doing that.🤦🏻‍♀️

@_Renee2 Casey Anthony evidence was NOT even close to the same. It’s was ALL circumstantial and no forensics that tied HER to the murder. That’s why she got off. This case is riddled with forensics and video evidence plus the 911 call, BPD diagnosis and long ass history is DV. Not even close.

@coolkidd151 oh good, a totally uneducated and inexperienced opinion. Just what we all need 😂. So you think that a man dates a woman with BPD because the man is super healthy- can spot red flags, and doesn’t have any of his own issues? That’s not how attraction works. Men who grow up in loving homes don’t date women with BPD long term. Narcissists love women with BPD, and so do men with little to no self esteem, and that’s it. Narcissists can easily manipulate a BPD and men without self esteem don’t love themselves enough to leave. Whatever the hell the case is- it’s only HER fault that she stuck a giant knife all the way inside of him thus ending his life.

@YolanderWilliams-y9k you clearly don’t understand how mental illness works. First of all, there are MANY types that manifest in different ways. And just because you’re diagnosed doesn’t mean you walk around talking to invisible people all day. BPD is only a real concern when the person is TRIGGERED. That means we can be seemingly normal when we aren’t triggered.

And how would that have helped here? You can’t force a grown man to stay away from an abusive girlfriend. You can’t talk someone that far gone out of being with their abuser.
