  1. Hell even then it still may not disappear. Delusion runs deep. I’ve known someone like her (didn’t kill anyone tho) and it’s scary how delusions of grandeur can fog someone’s mind. My ex thought he had a 6 figure marketing job, but in reality he was living in someone else’s floor in their foyer. I dated him as a teen and re-connected with him 15 years later and he totally changed. He was so scary! The second round didn’t last long at all! Goes to show someone can appear normal and snap over time. He’s bipolar. I don’t see evidence for that in Lori, but I do suspect narcissism with just straight up delusions. That’s a scary combo.
