All of this nonsense is pretty normal and why trials take 2-3 years to commence. If this is the best he’s got, he’s done.

@jennifersinclair6044 it has nothing to do with his alibi so that’s why they aren’t talking about it, but they certainly have. Will it come into the trial? Probably not since technically it has nothing to do with the crime. Judges are really strict about keeping out details that are prone to creating biase but not proof.

@NuraCaicedo-xh2ok that’s just it, he took some photos but also turned his phone off, so it makes even less sense because he showed he was using his phone and awake, so what’s the rational for turning it off? For THAT long too (not just rebooting it)
