  2. He didn’t go to the safety meetings and there’s a ton of footage of him being very reckless on set. Those two things alone might do him in. And he was the boss so if he doesn’t wanna go to a safety meeting, who is going to make him?

The issue here is that this isn’t the military and they specifically hired a woman to be responsible for g u n safety on set, plus her boss (Dave halls) who was the backup and was supposed to make sure she was doing her job properly. Both of them failed at that. I keep wavering with AB because his title as producer isn’t allowed in since it wasn’t a real position and also because it had nothing to do with ensuring g u n safety. So this is gunna come down to how things work in Hollywood and not necessarily in the real world. I want to see him go to prison. But I’m also biased bc he’s a dik.

  8. My #1 issue isn’t even AB’s position as producer. Regardless of whether his job titled called for g u n safety, he ACTED like the boss. He was an A-list actor who was belligerent and aggressive and told everyone what to do including the armorer, and he rushed the armorer too just so he could do more takes before time ran out. If he was in the exact same situation but not an abusive person while also waving his g u n all over the place AND refusing to attend safety training, AND lying about sh00ting the g u n, then MAYBE, but that’s not what happened.

You’re the second person to parrot this silliness without bothering to think about it first. In fact, John List, a malignant narcissist who killed his entire family was found 28 years later after going on the run because the FBI did a profile on his personality and concluded he probably wore big, dark-rimmed glasses that made a strong statement. Sure enough… and they found him wearing exactly that (google his name and look at his picture). There’s absolutely nothing docile or meek about AB’s eyewear choice. If he wanted that he would have chosen wire rims.
