  1. For the illegals, it should be ok. But i think it should be unconstitutional to force Americans to serve jail time outside of the country. This opens up a very bad can of worms. Think:Australia. And what if Obiden got back in power. He'd send every patriotic MAGA hat wearing citizen there , for a traffic ticket or jay-walking. Or using our free speech.
