AI can be creative but it struggles to be accurate, and with health accuracy can be life or death, so for simple cases it's fine but how do you know when something deeper isn't underlying? It can be good as an educational tool but it is just a shortcut to the internet so you still need to be careful, especially with hallucinations - but lets hope we see improvements in the future. An issue at the moment is replacing medical services with AI instead of in addition, it is a tool and should be used as such, it may not always be the best tool for the job.
