An atmospheric satellite (United States usage, abbreviated atmosat) or pseudo-satellite (British usage) is an aircraft that operates in the atmosphere at high altitudes for extended periods of time, in order to provide services conventionally provided by an artificial satellite orbiting in space.
Atmospheric satellites remain aloft through atmospheric lift, either aerostatic (e.g., balloons) or aerodynamic (e.g., airplanes). To date, all atmosats have been unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Operating altitudes are expected to be in the tropopause—at approximately 65,000 feet—where winds are generally less than 5 knots and clouds do not block sunlight.[2] It is desirable in the United States to operate above 60,000 feet, above which the Federal Aviation Administration does not regulate the airspace. To enable night time operation and ensure endurance through consecutive 24-hour day/night cycles, in daylight hours solar panels charge batteries[2] or fuel cells[4] which subsequently power the vehicle during hours of darkness. An atmospheric satellite may initially ascend at night under battery power, and reach altitude soon after dawn to allow solar panels to take advantage of a full day's sunlight.

Geostationary balloon satellites (GBS) are atmosphere analogues to satellites that float in the stratosphere (60,000 to 70,000 feet (18 to 21 km) above sea level) at a fixed point over the Earth's surface. At that altitude, air density is 1/10 of what it is at sea level. The average wind speed at these levels is less than that at the surface.[citation needed] A propulsion system would allow the balloon to move into and maintain its position.
The GBS would be powered with solar panels en route to its location and then receive laser power from a cell tower it hovers over.
A GBS could be used to provide broadband Internet access over a large area. Laser broadband would connect the GBS to the network, which could then provide a large area of coverage because of its wider line of sight over the curvature of the Earth and unimpeded Fresnel zone.

Hahaha the fact that this DODO thinks she can determine the geometry of the object she stands on by looking at lights in the sky ... Proves her stupidity.
Everything that you think you know about the sky above is based on theology.
The idea that any light in the sky is an actual physical object is based on hypothesis and theoretical science.
Non of which can be proven.

The World Record For Long Distance Photography (a 275 mile observation from a 9,272 ft peak (Pic de Finestrelles) to a 12,730 ft peak (Pic Gaspard) over water that should be anywhere from 16,502 ft (3 miles) to 23,275 ft (4 1/2 miles) below horizon based on spherical geometry) has already proven the Earth to be flat.
Amateur rockets with a ceiling of 393,700 ft has proven the Earth to be flat. Weather Ballons have a ceiling around 130,000 ft., they also prove the Earth to be FLAT. Commercial airlines fly at only 40,000 ft, they also show the Earth to be flat. Nothing compares to these 3 views all showing the Earth to be flatter than a pancake.
If you want to talk about lights in the sky and think they prove the Earth is a globe.

How do you KNOW one is further away than the other? By observation alone and not theology both are = distance from observer.

Pic Gaspard Peak should be 3,716.3562 FT BELOW HORIZON.
You SEE THE ENTIRE MOUNTAIN ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS. THIS ALONE DEBUNKS YOUR MODEL!! THIS IS THE SECOND OBSERVATION that DEBUNKS AND DESTROYS YOUR SPINNING MODEL THEORY!!
So ... lets POINT out ANOTHER OBSERVATION. YOU CAN SEE THE POINTED PEAK. THAT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE IF WE LIVED ON A BALL. THE MOUNTAINS SHOULD BE TILTED AWAY FROM YOU AND THE HORIZON SHOULDN'T BE RAISING THE FURTHER WE LOOK OUT. IT SHOULD BE CURVING DOWN AND AWAY FROM THE OBSERVER. THIS IS THE THIRD OBSERVATION THAT DESTROYS THE HELIOCENTRIC MODEL!!!

THE TOP OF Pic Gaspard Peak should be ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3,716.35 FT TO 10,995.21 FT BELOW HORIZON.
THE ENTIRE MOUNTAIN SHOULD BE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3 TO 4 1/2 MILES BELOW THE HORIZON.
