  1. I had some annoying creaks in my GTI's suspension, and I was contemplating replacing the bushings and/or control arms. Personally, those types of noise make me cringe and would drive me to do something about it soon. However, I realize how silly that is in the grand scheme of things - if it drives fine and isn't a serious issue in the making, I should probably suck it up and deal. Knowing does help a lot as you said at the end. :)
