  1. My family had a '98 or '97 GMC Suburban. Yes, before they started calling it the Yukon. But anyway, ours did look a lot like this Chevy version other than the front fascia and some badges. We then moved on to a 2002 Yukon XL because we needed more seats! Our Suburban only sat 8, if I remember right, but Mom had twins on the way... so 8 wasn't going to be enough anymore. I had a big family. I spent a lot more time in the Yukon than the Suburban, but I do remember getting picked up from school in it and playing Pokemon in the back seat on longer trips.

  2. Gotta get out the cassette tapes for this one! This truck definitely brings back some memories. My folks had a GMC Suburban - possibly a 1997 or 1998 - before moving on to a 2002 Yukon XL shortly after that because they needed even more seats than what we had in the Suburban. I don't remember a whole lot about the Suburban other than cramming into the back on longer trips with my Game Boy ready to go with Pokemon or Wario Land loaded up, as well as being picked up from school.
