  1. My favorite activity is attending High Cascade Snowboard Camp. One of the pros told me when you're afraid, ask yourself, "Is my fear valid?" If the answer is no, go ahead. If the answer is yes, think of ways to minimize the danger. Perhaps you shouldn't do it after all. Fear can protect you, because it serves as an alert. It becomes a problem when it controls you. Fear, like ambition, makes a good servant, but a bad master.
