  1. look another non lawyer. show me where it says convicted. and since it doesnt show me how the republicans who made this after the civil war set the standard of this ruling and never convicted anyone when they kept them from running. now see how your law school teacher would answer that. those republicans even keep northern dems from running for federal office. and being in the north and not in the army or ever convicted.

  2. so these states who wrote their constitution based on the federal one are wrong. so now does each one of their states constitution become void. the constitution sets rules each state has to follow as they enforce their responsibilities to run elections. so if a state lets someone lets say putin run. because all guidelines are now invalid. how would congress stop them?

  3. the sex happen in the judges court room office. while the deputy was working for the courtroom and the judge, and the judge was trying throw the sheriff under the bus for not knowing what was going on in the judges courtroom. facing losing everything and most likely jail the sheriff wasn't gonna take the fall to protect the judge. so if he was going to lose, and go jail. he made the choice to go to jail for something he did do, and make the judge pay the price for what he did or didn't do and was trying to do to the sheriff.
