  28.  @65cj55  2017 was Obama's budget, 2018 trump cut the rich taxes, 2019 things was starting to slow. 2020 covid stopped everything. so he had one good year, 2019 because he cut taxes at the cost of increasing the debt. so really he didnt have much of any part of helping the economy.
