  6. he goes on and on. but he slipped one detail. he made it look like a business expense. it wasn't thats tax fraud. but the charge is for business fraud which covers alot. he lied to say it was a write off. tax fraud. he used a check in this crime, thats bank fraud, he mailed the check for this crime, thats mail fraud. any one last step he took to try and hide it, he put on a installment plan. so every time he wrote a check and mailed it thats 2 more crimes. and he wrote many checks. seems he knows this and is lying since the opening comments in the case said all this, and he told about the evidence to prove it all.
