Daniels ruling as of 8/10. just remember under federal law pot is still illegal. so anyone who has smoked it, is smoking it, or even has papers to smoke it would fall under this struck down law.

  8. i like all these foolish people listening to ted. they are too dumb to know the gun charge wont happen. weeks ago in the 5th circuit federal court they stuck down this gun law in another case. that means they is no law to be broke. but all you getting wound up about this is just sheep headed to slaughter, when it doesnt happen they will say joe is covering for him. even as the republicans has been wanting this law struck down for years anyway.
