  7.  @ladydi4537  because its in the news. if texas was part of the national grid these rates would affect more people. and news have been stating how tough it is for texas to keep up with demand during not only cold spells but also the heat waves we have had. plus you didnt say yours was like this. so i guess you not in texas either. and you didnt say anything about how high yours was. so someone else is paying yours. alot of information is on the net if you just pay attention.
