  1. the real bottom line is biden wants to undo trump tax breaks for people making over 400K, and the republicans want to increase tax breaks for the rich. they use the cover of the debt to make these deals. and neither side will break the rules of spilling the beans. can you see republicans coming out and saying this to their voters who will lose money on their checks?
