  8. if you check the laws. it says 2 lane divided highways are for passing. now any two lane road, alot since the law was made aren't highways. and if on a 3 or 4 lane roads the law doesnt apply, because they aren't 2 lanes. many people think they know the law. until they read it. try it. one night a cop pulled me over on a two lane road thru town and tried to ticket me over this. and i asked him how was i wrong, this wasnt a highway and i was in the left lane to make a left turn ahead. he got mad and left.
